Form is what makes objects in photos look 3 dimensional. Shading and contrast are what create form. Form shows the curves and shape of the objects.
The first photo is a good example of form because even thought it is a black and white photo you can tell by the shading that it is a sphere. The second photo is a good example because it shows every curve in the walls and you can determine each bump.
