For this image I first took a photo of Lady Gaga and cut her out. I used the marquee tool to select some of the background and then Select > Similar. Then I used the lasso tool to add and subtract parts I did or did not want. I inversed the selection from the background to Lady Gaga then placed her on the photo of penguins. I adjusted the colour and contrast slightly to make it look more realistic.
I chose Lady Gaga as my celebrity and placed her with a bunch of penquins in antarctica. This image is incongruous because Lady Gaga probably lives in sunny California where they only have summer, she has most likely only seen penguins in a zoo and though she may dress likely a penguin she probably would not fit in with them.
